Full MS/AIF/NL dd- MS2,仪器先做一次全扫描获得一级离子信息,再做AIF获得二级离子信息,然后比较一级与二级离子之间的差值,如果某组分丢失了设置质量数的中性碎片,会自动触发做二级质谱,此扫描方式可获取能产生特定中性丢失组分的二级质谱; 8.DIA,数据非依赖分析。 |
